Local singer/songwriter/musician Hugh Fisher saw me taking photos at the Ashley MacIsaac/Quinn and Qristina Bachand concert a few weeks ago. He came up to me after the show wanting to set up a time to get some new promo images as he’s working on getting his new album finished. About a month ago, Jacquie‘s friend Molly came to visit. The two had played together in the 87th Cleveland Pipe Band, and now that Molly lives in the Pacific Northwest, it was time for a visit to Victoria. Jacquie was finishing up a shift at work, so we picked up Molly from the ferry and killed some time by taking her to some of Victoria’s strangest attractions.

Jennifer and Jeremy were married at Fort Rodd Hill on August 1st. It was a hot day for an outdoor ceremony, but Jennifer (being super organized) kept everyone cool with the rice paper parasols she provided for all the guests. After their ceremony, we took photographs around all of the gorgeous buildings at Fort Rodd Hill. We ended up with time to spare before their grand entrance so en route to the reception, we stopped at the Four Mile Pub for a cold beverage where Jennifer and Jeremy had a chance to chill out and enjoy the company and comedy of their bridal party. Their beautiful reception was at the Chief and Petty Officers’ Mess in Esquimalt and a full night of dancing followed. Congratulations!
