The annual Trenaman Family portrait session took place at MacAulay Point this year. They always book their session for November to commemorate Jordan’s birthday, and this was the first year we weren’t battling rain. Jordan is a sweet little gal and at the end of the session she said, ‘It was a great day for our family portraits’….and I’d have to agree!

Thomas and Charlie’s grandmother phoned me a while back wanting to get a portrait session gift certificate for the family, so they decided to use it for portraits in time for Christmas. We started at Willow’s Beach on a freezing morning, and then went back to their home to thaw and finish the session.

I met the McPherson Family at Fort Rodd Hill for their family portrait session. I love shooting at Fort Rodd, as you’ve probably already gathered from my blog. I haven’t had much chance to shoot there this year and fall is always such a beautiful time to visit. We went through the main gate, and within about a minute, the boys were covered in hay from rolling down hills. I knew this was going to be a fun session. Kids being kids.
